When I injured my shoulder working out, my range of motion was nearly non-existent and the pain was constant and debilitating. Attempts to improve it with physical therapy and steroid shots did nothing. My orthopedic doctor offered no other option but surgery. When I began to do research on my own, I found the success rate for traditional surgery was low and the recovery time was hard and very lengthy, especially for someone my age. When a friend suggested I consider checking out IOBX and Dr. Tucker, I was a bit skeptical as I was unfamiliar with stem cell treatments and the potential they offered for healing using your own body. But I scheduled a consultation appointment anyway. I am so glad I did! Dr. Tucker and his staff spent nearly two hours with me. They were so patient and... thorough with their diagnostics and explanations that they immediately set my mind at ease. I had my first procedure in Sept of 2022 and the fertilzer treatment in January 2023. I’m not gonna lie. The recovery from the first procedure was very painful. I believe that is because the doctor had to break up so much scar tissue that had resulted from the injury but I was able to see improvement in my pain and ROM fairly quickly with physical therapy. The 2nd procedure was like a walk in the park. I never even had to take any pain medication. Now, 6 months out, I no longer have any pain at all and my range of motion is nearly back to normal. I love that I was able to avoid invasive surgery and Dr. Tucker and his staff were a dream to work with. They felt more like friends than just professional staff. When I came back for my follow-up and they saw how well I was doing they rejoiced with me with sincere excitement. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the impersonal and rushed treatment you get from typical doctor’s offices. They were patient and thorough and listened and were always available over the phone. I can’t recommend Dr. Tucker and the staff of IOBX enough. I would absolutely schedule a consultation with them if you are facing an orthopedic injury of any kind!read more

Injured my right knee weightlifting in Sept 2018 at age 33. Did thorough research about my options and knew stem cell treatment would be the only option I could deal with since arthroscopic surgery looked barbaric to me. So I kept it in my mind and gave a shot at naturally recovering. Dealt with the pain and the sense of it's messed up and probably not going to improve unless I do something about it for a year until I finally went to iOBX in November 2019. Dr. Tucker and staff are as nice and personable as all the other reviews say, and you really get a sense that he wouldn't do or recommend something unless he was confident it could work. The guy is just really easy to talk to and it's not hard to determine that he knows a thing or two.Had the stem cell treatment done to my torn... meniscus Jan 2020 and the procedure itself wasn't like that bad and pretty quick. Recovering took a month or so, but whew it worked for me. I mean I've never felt any issue in my knee since the treatment and it's been like that for three years now. I'm 38 now and there's no qualitative difference in feeling between my left or right knee, like things went back to how it was before the injury which is honestly really incredible and I would consider miraculous. If you're here reading this then I honestly wish you the best of luck and hope you are able to find the kind of result I have. At the very least I'd say it's worth going in for having him diagnose the issue so you can gain a better understanding of the problem.read more

Donna CraigMy husband had treatment at iOBX and we were happy with his experience, When I tore the meniscus is my knee, I decided to have Dr. Tucker evaluate me as well. My knee was extremely swollen and I had a major limp due to my knee locking up and severe pain. One thing I was really impressed by was Dr. Tucker’s candidness. He said that although he rarely recommended surgery, because my torn meniscus had moved to a completely different place in my knee, minor surgery followed by stem cell treatment augmenting that for maximizing healing, would provide the best result. That’s what I did and now, 3 years later, my knee is thankful for trusting Dr. Tucker’s advice. I am happy that I decided to go through with receiving treatment at iOBX.

I was in my last year of College and starting to have a stabbing pain that felt like I was being impaled front the groin all the way to my lower back. Three weeks later I had the same pain but I also had nerve pain that started in my lower back and went all the way down to my foot. In 2 weeks I went from nerving having any back pain to having back and nerve pain that made my right foot numb. I ended having a lower laminectomy after I graduated it helped me for a month. That was in 2013. I suffered severe back and nerve pain until my miracle/ blessing happened 8 years later after my stern cell procedure June 6th, 2021 with Dr. Tucker. Since my procedure I have not experienced any nerve pain at all. Dr. Tucker gave me my life back!

My son injured his shoulder playing high school baseball. He was a pitcher and suffered tears of his rotator cuff and labrum. I decided to look at other possible options after being told he needed surgery. As a nurse for 27 years, I knew that every type of surgery comes with risks of complications and the development of arthritis over time. Dr. Tucker and his team treated us like family from the initial consultation visit to our discharge from physical therapy. My son had the stem elite treatment as well as a fertilizer treatment. Thanks to Dr. Tucker and his amazing team, my son has now returned to bow hunting and started his new job in construction.

I was told by my primary care doctor that I had osteoarthritis and needed a knee replacement. Shortly afterward I attended an iOBX seminar on stem cells. Two weeks later I had a MRI on the left knee. The next week I had a consultation with Dr. Tucker who recommended the Stem Restore procedure. The next month there was a pre-procedure session to review what was going to happen and the recovery procedures. Two weeks later, 2/4/2020, stem cell harvest and insert into my left knee. The procedure went smoothly and I was ready for re-hab. Then covid happened. The gym I was planning on attending for re-hab was closed. This caused a delay in my full recovery. Now my bad knee is my best joint. The staff at iOBX was outstanding in communication and follow-up before and after my knee stem cell... procedure. Dr. Tucker was excellent in explaining both the issues and approach to my knee procedure.I recommend the iOBX stem cell procedures to anyone requiring body joint surgery.read more

In the fall of 2021 I was diagnosed as needing replacement surgery on my right shoulder and eventually on the left shoulder. A friend recommended I go to iBOX. In March 2022 my wife and I went to iBOX for a consultation. We were blown away by the facility and the friendly and professional staff, especially Dr Tucker. He assured me that even at a healthy age 72 I was a good candidate for regenerative stem cell therapy. After consideration we returned and agreed to Dr Tuckers plan for therapy. In April, they harvested and processed my own stem cells and implanted them in my right shoulder. After a few painful days, the recovery was short. Had to wear a sling and follow specific instructions. Through the Spring and Summer my shoulder continued to improve. We went for a second planned... procedure in August that required implanting more of my stem cells. The recovery was much easier. In September, after much improvement in my right shoulder. We went for a single procedure on my left shoulder that also required harvesting and implanting my stem cells. The recovery from that has gone well. The procedures and results went almost exactly as Dr. Tucker predicted. I plan to take up golf again in the Spring.read more

My left shoulder has bone on bone arthritis and after experiencing extreme pain in January 2022, I had a steroid injection which has alleviated the pain. While assessing my options of what to do to medically remedy the situation I learned about Dr. Jason Tucker. My husband and I took a trip to Charlotte to visit with the iOBX staff. Everyone we met and everything we saw/learned at the time of our visit was positive and most.impressive. While I decided not to take this avenue at this time, I would encourage anyone who is contemplating stem cell therapy to contact Dr. Tucker. If stem cell therapy is my ultimate decision, I would definitely return to iOBX/Dr. Tucker in Charlotte.

Fo over a year, I struggled with knee pain. could not walk the golf course, climb stairs and basically struggled with routine day to day chores. My left knee joint line had little to no spacing and I had very little cartilage remaining. Dr. Tucker performed 2 stem cell transplants on my left knee. The initial transplant was performed on July 25, 2018 and a booster on September 19, 2018. I found immediate relief within a few months. 4 years later, I remain pain free and enjoy normal activities including walking 4 miles per day. Great success and massive credit to Dr. Tucker and his team. They are neurotic about safety, sanitation and performing at the highest levels looking after their patients best interests. I strongly believe in their practice and services, so much so, that my 25... year old son is now a patient being treated for past football injuries.read more

I have received two stem cell procedures at IOBX and have been present for several preoperative and postoperative appointments. Both as a patient and as the perspective of registered nurse of 43 years I have high regards for the standard of care I have received. Dr Tucker is a knowledgeable, caring and kind physician. If you are considering having a stem cell procedure your best and wisest choice would be IOBX.

I’m in week 3 of recovery from stem cell procedure on my right knee. The only difficulty I’ve had has been on trying to stay off my knee! Since it doesn’t hurt, I have wanted to get back “to life as usual.” The staff has been consistently communicative and helpful. The procedure was a “piece of cake” if I took the pain meds as prescribed. Can’t wait to see the long term effects after my 2nd elective procedure! Stay tuned.

Prior to meeting the team at IOBX I had been misdiagnosed and had a ruptured ACL that I could not seem to get appropriate medical help with. The team at IOBX immediately jumped in and assisted me and provided excellent communication and knowledge. I had the ACL Stem Cell treatment and a booster and am now in physical therapy to regain my range of motion. The experience with IOBX and the medical team and supporting staff was second to none. Knowing I had 24/7 access to a team of doctors that were on my side and had my best interest at heart made my surgery and healing process so much easier. If you're considering stem cell treatment - please make the call to IOBX! Thank you Dr. Tucker, Peter & Team for the amazing medical care and getting me back to walking again!

Some might think leaving a strong review when I was the rare case it didn't work is strange but I think it shows the type of people working there. I did a Tenex followed by stem cell with Dr. O'Donnell for golfer's elbow. He left the practice during my recovery due to a family move. Unfortunately, it didn't work. However, the lengths Dr. Tucker went to once we saw the problem were amazing. Multiple procedures at no additional cost, 100's of emails, nights and weekends, etc. He treated me like family. I ended up needing surgery. Dr. Tucker probably could have fixed it but I went the surgery route. Was a tough decision. I am only 3 days post surgery and can't explain how much more difficult it has been. If you are the very rare case like I where it didn't work, they will still treat you... better than anyone. These are good people.read more

My name is Ed Miller and I posted a review about 1 year ago regarding my treatments at IOBX. Dr. Tucker and the IOBX team have been amazing. About 3 years ago I came to IOBX and I could hardly walk and had constant pain due to a failed microfracture surgery. I have had one premium stem cell treatment and a booster on my left knee. These treatments have been nothing short of a miracle for me. IOBX has treated my like family and have gone above and beyond to take help me get back to being highly active. I am 39 years old and was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I would have to have a knee replacement by 40 but thanks to IOBX that's not happening.

LIFE CHANGING! I recently had stem cell treatment for lower back pain and it was like I got a new lease on life. At 72 years old I'm able to ride and work my horses daily as well as work out in our gym. My results were so good that wife also had stem cell treatment for an injury to her right hip. Her results were incredible! She is back at it everyday. Dr. Tucker and his staff were informative, patient and genuine. This is the treatment of the future and they are the real deal

I highly recommend Dr. Tucker, and the staff at IOBX. I suffered from severe osteo-arthritis in my left shoulder with little to no cartilage … so basically it was bone on bone. I visited various doctors and surgeons to analyze my shoulder issues, and most of them wanted to operate. I researched my options, and once I became more knowledgeable about stem cell therapy, all arrows pointed to IOBX. They are very efficient and caring about your situation. They will tell you whether they can help you or not which was important to me. After consulting with Dr. Tucker, I decided to move forward with the stem cell treatment and follow it with a booster. After my first treatment in May 2021, I experienced a 50 percent gain of function on my shoulder. I returned 3 months later to get the... booster. It is now 8 months since my initial treatment and I am at 90% with no pain, full-function and full range of motion in my shoulder. I couldn’t’ be happier with the results. Thank you to Dr. Tucker and the IOBX staff.read more

I had stem cell treatment on my left knee, last month (August 2021). I’m on week 3 and have little to no pain. The treatment, itself, was the best experience I have EVER had from a dr office!! I recommend anyone who has arthritis, problems with movement, etc, PLEASE have a consultation with them!!! Dr O’Donnell and the team, truly treated me like I was the only person there. They even ordered a family style meal, to take home, the day of surgery, so we didn’t have to worry about stopping somewhere or cooking!!! And the food was delicious!!! Many many thanks, for what they do and did for me!!!! I will be spreading the news to everyone!!!

I received stem cell injections for my badly deteriorated right knee, by Dr. O’Donnell and his team eleven months ago. I have appreciated the IOBX Clinic’s support and regular checking on my progress throughout the procedure and healing process. Shortly after the stem cell booster treatment, I began Physical Therapy to help regain strength. I have made remarkable improvement. The pain that I experienced prior to the procedure has all but diminished. The quality of life is drastically better, walking is easier with less dependence upon a cane. As I continue with physical therapy, I have been told I can expect to have a normal walking gait. I am very happy and grateful for the overall results. I have told many people to seriously consider stem cell treatment instead of... knee replacement, and I highly recommend IOBX as a place to have it done. I feel even stronger about this after close to a year since my procedure was done.read more

My initial engagements with iObx was on a professional level as a Physical Therapist and working with Dr. Tucker and Elissa’s patients post procedure recovery. I personally was able to see the countless positive outcomes and patients returning to their sports and fullest potential! The whole team was very responsive and great to work with and easy to communicate with.Fast forward to early 2021 I was having my own shoulder issues. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. O’Donnell and set up my initial consultation. Brooke was extremely helpful with setting up the appointment as well as pre-consult imaging. Dr. O and Haley were so in-depth with explaining what was wrong and the plan to address my shoulder issues and help me meet my goals!Day of procedure everyone made me feel extremely... comfortable and made sure beforehand that I knew exactly what to expect with no surprises. James and Haley were amazing the whole day making sure I was comfortable. After I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both knees several years ago I knew I didn't want risky replacement surgery so I began looking for some place that did stem cell treatments. Found iOBX on the web, was impressed with their website and decide to try them. I couldn't have made a better choice. The whole staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs in a timely fashion. I felt they genuinely care for me. I have minimal pain and I'm able to do pretty much what I need to live alone at 85. I can highly recommend them!Update: 10 months post Stem Cell Treatment - my right knee, continues to improve along with some physical like leg presses, low and upper back strengthening. I am still glad I had the procedure done to bypass risky surgery. I still have some... pain, especially on rainy days, which is normal with arthritis. I am thankful I had such professional care at iOBX. I can truthfully and enthusiastically recommend the whole experience. First off, Dr. O'Donnell and his crew rock the house. After I failed Knee replacement surgery in 2019, I came to iOBX to find out about stem cell therapy for my other knee. The consultation with the doc and his crew was extensive and completely thorough. Doc said I was a great candidate for stem cell in my left knee so we moved forward with the procedure. With my anatomy, doc said I could expect 80-90% improvement, and that is what has been achieved. I am 5 months from my initial procedure and my knee feels great. No pain. I highly recommend doctor Kevin ODonnell and his crew who are awesome. Go see him before you ever get a knee replacement because this works!

I had a very severe case of right knee osteoarthritis from an old jogging injury. I had my first Stem Cell treatment in December 2019 and my “stemish” treatment in February. I had 6 week+ physical therapy after 2nd treatment. It has been a slow recovery, but I am so glad I went this route instead of knee replacement. I had minimal meniscus to replenish so it would naturally take longer. I still have some stiffness in the morning and when I sit to long, but I am back out walking my dog (2+ miles) a day. Would only have Dr Tucker perform. His staff is wonderful.

In November 2016, I tore my right rotator cuff playing basketball. My occupation is a Tennis Pro at Tim's Tennis USA. When I went in for a consultation with my Veterans Administration surgeon, I was told that after conventional surgery I may need to change my career. I had heard of IOBX from a friend, and decided to explore this option. Stem Cell Replacement made so much more sense, although I didn't receive any promises that it would put me back on the court with full use of my arm. However, after having the procedure done in March 2017, I was back at work with full use of my arm in 6 months. I have not had any problems with my shoulder since that time. In addition to coaching, I also play competitively several times a week.I was very impressed with the professionalism of the... staff from the first time my wife and I walked into the facility. Dr. Tucker was very thorough in his explanation of what would take place on the day of the procedure. The staff helped me get my physical therapy set up, and the P.T. was also a huge contributing factor in the success of my procedure.Being a Navy Vet, I would have been able to have the conventional surgery with no out of pocket cost. However, when we considered switching careers at age 60, versus laying the $s down for stem cell replacement, it really was a no-brainer for us. My wife and I are huge advocates for healthy living, and what better way to get back on the courts than to let my body heal itself?!?read more

I was diagnosed as having no cartilage in my right ankle, and some loss in both Knees. In addition I had soreness in my shoulders.Played many sports all my life, fortunately never injured any joint, pain is a result of age (75) and arthritis.I am not a fan of joint replacement. I know several people who have had both knees replaced, and while most agree there is substantially less pain, they have limitations on their range of motion.Ankle replacements are currently not as advanced and were not recommended.Having heard about stem cell therapy, i did research on line and found Dr Tucker and IOBX. Scheduled the initial exam, and was very pleased with how I was treated, the thoroughness of Dr Tucker and the examination.Dr Tucker and his staff were completely open and honest about what... they could do and what issues might be in need of more extensive treatment.I opted to have stem cells injected into my ankle. The day of the treatment we were in by 8:30 and on the way home at 3:30. We were given lunch, and my wife treated to a massage while I was having my cells harvested and injected..After 3 months I had no pain in my ankle under any normal conditions. When I walk, or stand for long period, or play golf I still experience some soreness, which subsides after brief rest (.I do not take any kind of pain medication). As an unanticipated result, my shoulders and knees are not quite as sore as before the treatment.Dr.Tucker's staff, particularly Brittany and Ellissa, have regular calls with me to follow up on my progress after the procedure.I am very satisfied with the result, and definitely glad I went to IOBX for treatment.Ed Friedhoffread more

I was seeing an Orthopedic Doctor about my shoulder, an MRI had confirmed multiple tears. He was recommending surgery, as the shoulder was not improving with physical therapy. I did a lot of research and decided to try Stem Cell Therapy. I talked to my Orthopedic Doctor and he agreed it was worth a try. The process at IOBX was great. The ultra sounds they performed confirmed the tears and identified a large amount of calcium build up on my tendons. There was a lot of damage that had built up over the years as a competitive triathlete. The staff was excellent, they communicated well throughout the process. I had two procedures done one to clean up the calcium deposits and the second to harvest and inject stem cells. After 5 months I was able to resume my normal activities and have... started swimming again. I would highly recommend anyone to strongly consider IOBX if they have been told they need surgery. Dr. Tucker & his team are passionate about what they do. Last year I was having a lot of pain in my knee. My mother has had both her knees replaced and I did not want to go down the same road. My husband researched stem cell treatment and came across Dr. Tucker. I made an appointment to talk to them and find out more about it. Feeling comfortable with initial visit, I went ahead & made appointment for the procedure. I’m glad I did before we all went on COVID-19 shut down! I’m a hairdresser typically on my feet all day. Not use to being in recovery mode. It was a little hard to slow down! 4 months later I’m feeling much better still in recovery mode. On my first visit, Dr. Tucker reviewed my MRI and took his time in explaining the benefits of stem cell, including the probability of success. There was no high pressure selling, everyone was genuine and were more concerned about the outcome. It has been 13 weeks since my stem cell procedure and I am very optimistic about the outcome. Above all, I am most pleased with the success in healing the tear in my shoulder!I am extremely satisfied with my experience here at iOBX. The stem cell treatments here have helped with my pain immensely and I have helped me enjoy life experiencing less pain. If anyone would like to speak to me about my experience, I would be more than happy to do so!

I am sitting here on a rainy fall afternoon after having done chores all morning, and my shoulder doesn’t ache or throb. In fact, it just feels super normal. Six months ago, I could not have said that. Is it perfect, no. There is still more strengthening needed, and I have to do my daily stretching, but I can do anything I was doing 3 years ago before I injured it. The staff was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly through the whole step by step process making sure that I understood everything to my level of satisfaction. That attention to detail extended through the physical therapy phase. I regularly recommend Stem Cell Therapy to friends and family, but with all of the variation in this market, I would definitely drive the extra miles to use Dr. Tucker and his team’s... expertise.read more

My 14yo son had a significant tear of his meniscus (multiple locations) from wrestling. Everything from consult through treatment was fantastic. Today he is pain free, has full range of motion and has completed and passed all physical requirements to be released back into sports. I am beyond happy that we chose stem cell treatments over traditional arthroscopic surgery where they would have removed part of his meniscus virtually guaranteeing an arthritic knee in the future. Thanks for everything iOBX

My experience at iOBX couldn't have went better. I had both shoulders treated 3 months apart. The facility is top notch and everyone is always very helpful. I did my initial consult by phone which was very convenient since I live 3 hours from Charlotte. I met Dr Tucker 2 weeks later at which time I was given a thorough exam and was introduced to his staff. We discussed all options and I was sent home with a package describing all the procedures as well as everything I would need to do before and after the procedure. The day of my procedure everything went smooth. Everything is planned out from the moment you walk in the door until the time you are discharged. I am 6 months out from the first treatment and 3 months out from the second and I have done very well. I have no pain and I... am getting back to doing all the things I want to do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tucker and his staff to anyone wanting to avoid surgery.read more

I am a very active 53 year old. I have played sports and remained fit for most of my life. I never expected to have a shoulder injury that would slow me down. I have several friends with the same injury and that had typical surgery. They all went through lots of pain and a lengthy physical therapy process. Since my stem cell procedure using bone marrow and fat stem cells, my recovery has been quick. The PT was easy, and not that intense. I feel 100% better compared to prior to my treatment. I can now sleep on my right side at night without pain which is something I was not able to do prior to treatment. I could not lift my right arm without pain. I am very pleased with my recovery in such a short time frame. I can now live the active lifestyle I enjoy.

When I first visited the Center for my consultation I was impressed. I especially liked how their 3 step process was done all at the Center instead of an outpatient facility. The fact that they counted my stem cells to ensure they were viable cells was also a big factor for me. Very friendly staff that made me feel comfortable. There is a delayed gratification affect with these stem cells so you shouldn’t expect results right away. They gave me a great recommendation for PT which was really helpful when things did start to feel better. They also gave me special attention when it came to my brace fitting! All around great experience.

My name is Waverley and I got my hip and knee treated in December and in March I got my back treated. I thought Dr. Tucker and the staff were very special. I had a positive experience with the center and this was a big factor for me in whether or not I would move forward with treatment. I was told 25 years ago that I couldn’t have back surgery so I wanted a minimally invasive procedure and this proved to be just that. Truthfully I wasn’t ready for a major knee or hip surgery so this turned out to be the best option for me. I have had a great experience here and I barely have pain any more in these areas. I would highly recommend iOBX and in fact, I have even recommended some family members here.

I have had several iOBX Stem Cell procedures performed. In total, I have had five of these over the years and overall I am pleased. They all worked better than I expected with the exception of the lower back. I went into that procedure knowing the stakes since I have had the problem for over 20 years and there was not much that could be done there by anyone in my opinion. I believe that Stem Cell treatment beats surgery by a long shot where it is appropriate. I plan on having another bone marrow derived treatment this fall on a different area.

I joined iOBX approximately 6 months ago making the transition from Flexogenix. I attended my first seminar recently and was blown away by the attention to detail and information provided to the attendees from Dr. Jason Tucker and Dr. Duncan (Ph.D. Lab Scientist who completed his training at Harvard). They did an amazing job of communicating and answering the attendees questions. I strongly recommend you attend!

I had a Stem Cell procedure done on my shoulder using a combination of bone marrow and adipose (Elite Stem Restore). The entire procedure/process, from when I walked in the door to the weeks following the procedure, went exactly as the folks at iOBX described it would. I had no post-procedure issues at all and feel like I’m making improvements every day. I can't even imagine going the route of traditional surgery, especially after my time with iOBX. In summary, I would make this same decision over again in a heartbeat!

I have had so many experiences with hospitals and surgeries but have never had such an awesome team of medical doctors and nurses. They are really connected with us as people. They were very detailed and spent time to determine the right Stem Cell treatment for me and my back and knee. It was great to see that you have fun as a team and enjoy working together. We appreciate Dr. Tucker’s candor and honesty concerning the results of the procedure while assuring me that he will do his best to help me using my body’s stem cells. It means a lot to have a positive team cheering you on! It was also wonderful to have an anesthesiologist hold your hand and let you know what’s going on and that you will be okay! I came into iOBX with a medial and posterior complex meniscus tear and also had arthritic pain in the left knee. I had not tried any treatment prior to stem cell treatment, but was actually scheduled for meniscal “repair” surgery then heard about Dr. Tucker’s practice from a friend the week before surgery. I then sent a general email to the office and got a response for Dr. Tucker on Saturday morning. We set up a call that afternoon then I came in on Monday for my consult. I canceled my surgery that afternoon as I concluded that this was the best possible course of action for me. I ended up choosing iOBX due to the combination of referrals as well as the conversation with Dr. Tucker. Out of our interaction I also realized that surgery is just a temporary measure that ends up... resulting in more harm than good long term. In terms of my overall experience with iOBX, I found it to be predictable, professional and personable. My results with their advanced stem cell treatment process have been better than I expected and more akin to what I would have hoped for.Max.read more

As a former healthcare worker with multiple knee issues, I was told I needed a knee replacement. However, that was not for me. After much research I found iOBX in Charlotte, NC. From the first phone call, to the moment I walked in to the facility, I knew they were the treatment of choice for me. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and patient. They covered every detail of possible treatments with ease and thoroughness. Not to mention, they completed the consultation with detailed written papers of all instructions. The day of the procedure was a smooth as anything could be. All the staff took great care in instructing again the procedure and possible expectations post procedure. They made sure I was aware of every step to be taken. Nine weeks post procedure, I am feeling better... already and I am participating in physical therapy to strengthen muscles. The Doctors, PA and staff are amazingly friendly and caring. I had my procedure with Dr. Tucker and after 8 weeks my back pain had decreased. I am now able to do things with less pain than before and I am continuing to improve each day.

I came to iOBX after "less than OK results" from my first treatment by a Nationally based Stem Cell Company for my knee injury. After six months from my initial treatment there, I was still in pain and had an MRI reading of little improvement. I still had faith in stem cells treatment, believed in the science and realized that I needed to research a more experienced doctor who provides really precise treatment for my condition and has a high success rate. This is when I found iOBX. Going through the website and procedure details, I was convinced that Dr. Tucker was the doctor I was looking for and after my phone consultation with him and his initial diagnosis, I decided to go ahead with my second stem cells treatment, this time at iOBX.And I was amazed with my experience and... treatment there, the “iOBX Experience” is the real deal. Dr. Tucker is a precisionist and perfectionist in his treatment with stem cells injections and uses cutting-edge technology for the procedures. He makes it almost pain-free and as comfortable as possible experience for his patients. I hardly even felt any injections going into my knee, but could see the needle in the camera video. Also, iOBX has an excellent out-of-town patient care program from the time you land at the airport there to the time you fly back and the entire team is extra ordinary with all the pre and post procedure instructions, follow-ups, bracing and in answering all your questions. They are there for you! I am grateful to Dr. Jason Tucker, Justen Johnson, Andre Hairston, Allyssa Marie Farmer and Elissa Seegers for my treatment, experience and on-going care at iOBX. On Sept 16, 2018, I awoke to terrible leg cramps and pain shooting from my back down my right leg. It was excruciating and life-changing. I could not bend over, it was hard to dress. Life became very painful.I went to a chiropractor and began with daily treatments which started to alleviate some pain. Throughout the rest of 2018, I went to her and saw my doctor and his PA. My chiropractor did imaging which showed some problems with two lower discs, the right one impinging a nerve. My doctor did an MRI which showed even more problems. He prescribed non-opioid drugs. Meanwhile, work was really terrible. I was in constant pain. We set up a standing desk as sitting really hurt. We put a cot and camping mattress in my office so I could lay down to relieve the pressure and pain. I walked a... lot dragging my left leg because it hurt so bad. Driving was evil. It hurt to sit. I drove with a pillow propping my right side up. I had to adjust the seat where I could put my left foot down to prop my left leg up off the seat. I wore an ice bag on my left leg while driving. Getting groceries and normal activities were doomed. After all of the treatments with drugs and a chiropractor, my bookkeeper told me about stem cell therapy and about iOBX. I went for a consultation. My bookkeeper had been going to Duke Univ for many years and having limited success prior to having stem cell treatment at iOBX. After the stem cell treatment she was cured of this problem and it was really amazing. This was several years ago.I had the treatment in Feb 2019. Dr. Zeckser got to the real issue of my problem by injecting the R. extruding disc directly, along with the rest of the treatment around the other disc and nerves, etc. whatever he had to do.I could feel him hitting that disc and I knew the result was going to be great. The nerve pain I was having was eliminated. I still have recovery to make but overall the mild off/on pain I feel is very manageable. The Doctors, PA and staff at iOBX are outstanding and very caring people. I could not recommend anyone to go elsewhere for this type of treatment and think this is the way to go rather than surgery. This place is great!I have some time before I will be back to full activity, but I cut my grass for the first time since 9/16/2018, on 4/27/2019. That’s saying something. My name is Carl Wright and I am a 60 year old retired Police Officer (35 years), and a Veteran of the U.S. Army (6 years). An avid Softball player, I had developed a torn meniscus, bone bruising, a Bakers Cyst, fluid on the knee and severe Osteoarthritis of my right knee. An Orthopedic consultation in Florida, where I live, recommended Cortisone injections probably followed by a total knee replacement. I began to research possible alternatives. My research led me to the iOBX in Charlotte. I had heard about a few professional Athletes who had been adding Stem Cell and PRP Therapy to their injury/recovery protocols to treat injuries similar to mine. What settled me on iOBX was the fact that my own Stem Cells would be used. I traveled to North Carolina on January 5, 2019, where Dr.... Zeckser conducted a thorough review of my MRI and then a hands on, physical examination of my knee that included an ultrasound. Dr. Zeckser took an almost academic approach to the process and I was very impressed. Lastly, I was introduced to Mr. Justen Johnson, who is the Bracing specialist at iOBX. Justen proved to be an enormous resource for all things related to braces, crutches etc. Treatments are not covered by Medical Insurance and are completely devoid of guarantees. If you are looking for guaranteed results, iOBX will probably not be for you. But, if you believe in the science? I underwent my Stem Restore Treatment on January 26, 2019, at iOBX. My procedure was done by Dr. Jason Tucker and it went just as Dr. Tucker said that it would. At no time was I ever in any pain. A special thanks to Ms. Ellisa Bolling who met with me before my procedure to explain iOBX pain management protocols. I had been a little concerned about the Bone Marrow extraction but Dr. Tucker deftly accomplished this process and all I experienced was a little pressure. The whole thing took about five to six hours to complete and I was on my way with instructions and crutches. I underwent my Stemish Treatment on March 26, 2019, at iOBX. The process was similar to the Stem Restore treatment but with some abbreviations. To date, May 2019, my knee is fully functional with no pain or swelling!!iOBX differs from anything that we have here in Florida for the following; Established Protocols (Stem Restore then after 8 weeks, stemish fertilizer if necessary), proprietary processing protocols, meticulous attention to detail, Time Tables (Gradual weight deployment), Bone Treatment (Marrow treatment),
Bracing Requirements (knee off-loading) Lastly, they don’t have Dr. Tucker, Dr. Zeckser, Justen Johnson or Elissa Bolling. I would definitely recommend iOBX to any of my Family members, Friends or Associates.read more

For the past 25 years, I’ve contended with assorted back pain of varying degrees. Over the years, my overall back health deteriorated slowly in spite of disciplined physical fitness and assorted proactive and reactive maintenance/therapy. These included regular chiropractic appointments, daily stretching, bi-weekly massages, ergonomic focus, and periodic rehab. In 2017, a new challenge arose with chronic, mid-level (nerve-related) pain in one leg, running from the hamstring through the toes. I was diagnosed as having 2 herniated discs, one of which also had a tear. After no improvement for several months through all prior maintenance/therapy actions, I was referred to iOBX…and my life changed. After thorough due diligence and rapidly gaining confidence/comfort with Dr. Tucker and the... iOBX team (Justen! and Elissa!), a stem cell treatment using my body’s own stem cells and recovery plan was established. While much of the success of stem cell treatment for backs/discs is anecdotal, the risk reward opportunity made this the right course of action. Compared to the alternatives, this procedure is minimally invasive, has a reduced recovery period, and does not present the daunting downside — the likelihood of repeat surgeries for life. The stem cell treatment for my low back/discs took place May of 2018 and both the procedure and recovery went smoothly and with less pain than anticipated. Now a year later, I can absolutely conclude the procedure was a success!! While I still have periodic back challenges, the frequency and intensity are less than at anytime over the past perhaps 10 years. Of the greatest importance, over the past 4 months as the cell regeneration has continued, I have experience virtually no nerve-related pain! In addition to this medical success story, I want to include my recommendation, appreciation, and admiration for the key members of my iOBX team. Dr. Tucker, Justen, and Elissa were all highly professional, showed tremendous expertise, provided stellar communication, and demonstrated genuine interest in my physical and emotional welfare. Thank you so much!read more

“Having been a jogger for over thirty years, I developed chronic arthritis approximately 10-12 years ago. Initially cortisone provided relief for extended periods, and I was able to continue to jog, but had to discontinue seven years ago, when cortisone no longer worked. After that, I had several hyaluronic acid treatments with no success. I was in constant pain, with significant swelling, and at best was able to walk only a few minutes without having excruciating pain. Four years ago, I discovered whole body cryotherapy, which provided temporary relief from the pain, and swelling, but not completely, and the pain came back if I missed a daily treatment. However, my mobility did improve with the cryotherapy. Given the continued deterioration of the knee, at age 69, the only... option appeared to be knee replacement surgery, which was scheduled three years ago, but cancelled. After doing further research into stem cell replacement as an alternative during the meantime, I came across information about Dr. Tucker, and arranged a consultation. My knee was in a lot worse condition than I thought – in addition, I had significant bone bruising, and at best had a 75% chance the stem cell treatment would work. Dr. Tucker performed the first stem cell treatment using my bone marrow in October followed by a booster in December 2018. I am very pleased with the outcome at this point, and after three months, my quality of life has improved considerably, there has been significant pain reduction with no swelling, and noticeable improvement in mobility and agility. The follow-on physical therapy, is enabling me to regain normal muscle strength in my left leg, and to return to a normal stride. I have confidence that the stem cells are continuing to regenerate. I believe wholeheartedly in this treatment and have nothing but praise for Dr. Tucker and the iOBX staff.”read more

My pain started five years ago in my right knee. I had severe pain when I walked and flexed my knee or when I went up and down stairs. I went to an orthopedic doctor and he recommended doing MRI. The MRI results showed I had torn ligaments and menisci and thin cartilage causing bone friction and pain. So, he recommended different treatments, starting with traditional treatments like NSAID pills, Cortisone shots, SYNVICs injection and physical therapy. I tried all these and had temporary relief but over time the pain became worse when I walked for more than half an hour. Sometimes it was so severe I could not function unless I took multiple NSAID doses during the day. The orthopedic doctor recommended knee replacement operation. But, being aware of serious side effects of the operation, I... wanted to explore other options. I was told by a friend about a specialized physical therapy in treatment of deep tissue, called Integrative Manual Therapy. I did that for a couple of years, it helped to some degree, but the pain persisted. Then I heard from a friend that she did a stem cell treatment. So, I read about stem cell treatments, was excited about it and decided to learn more. When I searched the net, I found iOBX in Charlotte, NC, read all about it, went to the seminar there and was impressed with the presentation by Dr. Tucker and the testimony of a patient who talked about his experience. So, I decided to give it a try because if it didn’t work, I could still go for knee replacement. I was impressed with the staff, doctors and the facility. The staff were very helpful, and the doctors very professional and experienced. I was treated with kindness, respect and dignity through the whole time I was there, before, during and after the procedure. I have now had stem cell treatment on both of my knees with two booster treatments on my severely arthritic bone on bone right knee. I am very happy with the results. I have 95% improvement in my right knee and I’m able to function and walk for one hour or more with little or no pain in that knee and without taking any medications. I intend to have a booster done for my left knee to achieve the same results as my right knee. I recommend iOBX to anyone suffering from joint pain. My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism, kindness and respect from the staff and doctors there. Dr. Laila Jan. 26, 2019read more

My name is Deloris Sanders Mungo, a lifelong resident of Columbia, SC. I am 66 years young. About a year and a half ago, I fell down a steep incline and VERY badly tore my rotator cuff and also my bicep tendon. The pain progressed tremendously over time - I tried to make myself think that it would get better - but it only got worse. I could not sleep or hold my grandchildren or walk my dogs. Everyday life was terrible because of the pain. I got 3 surgical opinions and they all said they HAD to do surgery. Having had to have several surgeries the previous year, I did NOT want to undergo another surgery for anything and did not want to again be under anesthesia A friend of mine in Columbia had recently had the stem cell procedure on his meniscus at iOBX and was extremely pleased. I... decided to go with my gut feeling and have the stem cell procedure with Dr. Tucker. I knew I could always have surgery if that did not work. Well, it was absolutely the right choice for me. The treatment day was very relaxed and I felt a lot of relief about not having to go to a hospital and get exposed to the many infections that I could have been exposed to. I was uncomfortable for about 5 to 6 days, but nothing like I would have been had I had a cut-em-up surgery and I had met so many people that had had rotator cuff surgery 3 or 4 unsuccessful times. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ME!! Although the recovery was a little slower than I thought it would be (I just did not know what to expect as this was new to me), when I turned the corner, I turned it 180 degrees! I was very religious in doing PT along with the recovery, and I am happy to say that my life a year later is completely back to normal, pain free, playing with my grandkids and large dogs, and couldn’t be better. The follow up from iOBX was excellent and any phone calls I made to them were immediately returned and questions answered. I did sign up for the stemish treatment, but did not feel that I needed it at the time and they agreed with me, and they were very prompt in refunding that portion of my payment. They also let me know that they would be glad to do it in the future at any time if I felt I needed it. So far, I do not, and don’t anticipate it as my comfort level is fine. I also swim most days and am back enjoying my life. I totally recommend Dr. Tucker and Justen Johnson - they are an excellent team, and I am so fortunate that they came into my life at a time I needed it most. I am happy to speak to anyone considering this treatment. I would be happy to save someone from having to have a hard surgery that might NOT be successful if they have an opportunity to go the stem cell route first to see if it works for them as it absolutely has for me. I have referred many people to them in hopes they will find the same success I have. Most Sincerely, Deloris Sanders Mungoread more

After a knee injury in a zumba class, I was left with months of unrelenting pain. An MRI showed a torn meniscus, bone-on-bone, and no cartilage in my knee. The ortho doctor I consulted recommended arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus, then treatment with stem cells. The torn part of the meniscus was removed. Dr. Jason Tucker came into my life when he agreed to talk to the patients of the doctor I had consulted, after the doctor's death. After meeting with Dr. Tucker and having him explain the stem cell procedure, and what I could expect from the treatment, I decided I wanted to try this procedure before dealing with drastic, risky surgery. I had two injections of stem cells FROM MY OWN BODY, several months apart with PRP at iOBX. The pain did not immediately disappear. I went... through several months of PT and continued pain and discomfort, becoming discouraged at times. However, on 12-22-17, when I woke up, and there was no pain in my right knee! For over a year, I have been walking without pain, and I feel that I have Dr. Tucker, his wonderful staff, and the stem cell treatment to thank for my current situation. It has greatly increased my quality of life to be pain-free. Although I know many people who have had successful knee replacements, I also know a woman who went without a knee for 8 mo. due to an infection she got while in the hospital for a knee replacement. I am not willing to put myself in that position unless absolutely necessary. For over a year, I have carried Dr. Tucker's business cards in my purse and given them out to anyone who seemed even remotely interested in learning about stem cells. I would highly recommend the procedure, and iOBX in particular, to anyone who wants more information or is ready to try stem cell treatment using their own body’s stem cells.read more

I have played competitive sports, particularly basketball, from the time I was a kid until I was 50 YO. Now, I’m 63 YO and feeling the pain of years of wear and tear. I have had a ruptured disc in my lower back since I was 42 YO and have managed it reasonably well, until now. The pain from that, acerbated by arthritis, had grown exceedingly difficult to deal with. In addition, the aftereffects of knee surgery to remove torn medial meniscus was preventing me from doing almost any athletic. A difficult pill to swallow for an active person. I was limping and my exercise routine was down to a stationary bike. Enter Dr. Jeff Zeckser, MD and the iOrthoBIOLOGIX team. A picture is worth a thousand words! No thanks to surgery – cutting, fusing, metal hardware. After visiting three... renowned back and other surgeons, my conclusion was that there were no guarantees to surgery on my back. In fact, surgery could make things infinitely worth and dooming me to a lifetime of additional surgeries. I stumbled on iOrthoBIOLOGIX by accident, reading a magazine while lounging at the beach and decided to look into it further. At my first visit Dr. Zeckser and assistant Justen Johnson, I was thoroughly impressed – personable, cordial, easy to talk to, professional, but most of all, one of the most knowledgeable doctors that I’ve ever talked to about my issues. With all my previous doctor visits and significant research, I had built up quite a bit of knowledge. All that information confirmed that what Dr. Zeckser was saying was right on target and top-notch. Dr. Zeckser and Jason spent a great deal of time with me, via phone, emails and in person educating me and making me feel comfortable.I had four areas of concern – tendinitis in my left arm so bad that I couldn’t lift a cup of coffee without pain, substantial lower back pain, hip pain and left knee pain. From the moment my feet hit the floor in the morning, I was in pain. It sapped all my energy just getting through the day and it took all the fun out of life. After significant due diligence on iOrthoBIOLOGIX and stem cell therapy I decided to give the treatments a shot. With great anticipation and optimism, I elected to do the Stem RESTORE in the left arm as a trial run since it was the least disruptive. This would give me the opportunity to evaluate their processes with the least risky procedure. They harvested the stem cells from my own hip, and after processing them, implanted them into my elbow. The protocols were as good as you could possibly ask for – sterile, precise and effective. Also, the whole process wasn’t too painful. After about four weeks, I was completely pain free! This was after a specialist had told me the only way to correct my issues was to have surgery. So now that I was comfortable with the process, I chose to have their premium treatment on my back, knee and hip, again the Stem RESTORE. Similar to my elbow, but more difficult areas to treat, more time-consuming and with more risks. I also elected to have the stem cells implanted directly into the ruptured disc to aid with overall healing. This time iOrthoBIOLOGIX offered mild sedation which I chose to do given the pervasiveness of the procedure. Again, the procedure went like clockwork, some pain but manageable. After about 6 weeks, I had improvement, but not what any of us had hoped for…so what did iOrthoBIOLOGIX do, they essentially redid the process at a much reduced rate. After about 6-8 weeks from this process, I can happily say that I am not 100% (not unexpected given my age, etc), BUT I am 100% better – much reduced to zero pain. I am slowly moving back in the right direction, doing Pilates and back to age-appropriate athletic activities. I feel I have my life back. I would highly recommend iOrthoBIOLOGIX. Their procedures are customized to your specific issues, are much less invasive than surgery, and they work. They are completely dedicated to helping their patients with pain reduction, rehabilitation and altogether living life on their own terms again.read more

4 years ago I had a heavy car door slammed on my ankle while at work. A couple of days later, my ankle began to swell and I went to see a surgeon at OrthoCarolina. I was not able to partake in any of my typical daily activities. My husband and I were not able to hike and be as active together as we once were and any physical activity would cause more pain. I had surgery to repair the tear in my ankle in May 2015 and there was minimal improvement. I went back to the surgeon several times and found a year later to my surprise that there was another tear that happened following the initial surgery, I was told that there was nothing else that could be done to help my pain and swelling in my ankle. The pain, swelling, and numbness was unrelenting. After a second opinion at Ortho Carolina,... I was told that I would just have to bear through the pain and take NSAIDs to help with the pain and help me get through my daily activities. I ended up finding out about IOBX through several different people who had treatment at IOBX, including a friend from church, my Physical Therapist that I was seeing at the time, a pain doctor I was with Atrium Health that I was referred to and a couple of other people who I met through mutual friends. I did a bit of research on my own and felt like Dr. Zeckser had excellent credentials and IOBX was known for being a first class stem cell center. The moment I walked into IOBX I was blown away by how approachable everyone on the staff was there. I felt like I was a part of a family. I loved how much time they spent with me during every part of the process and how they made my comfort their number one priority. During the STEMish procedure that I had following my initial stem cell treatment :). Dr Zeckser let me know everything that was going on and let me see the Stem Cell preparations prior to treatment after they were collected from my own body and processed. That was really cool ! Since my stem cell treatment , I now lead a more active lifestyle and I have pretty much no more pain. My numbness and swelling are almost totally gone. I am able to do a lot more now without pain and I feel like myself again ! The recovery time was so much shorter than I expected. I want to thank everyone at IOBX tremendously for the amazing experience and for making my road to recovery smooth and successful. I especially want to thank Dr. Zeckser ! You guys are awesome and I have recommended you to ALL of my friends and family and will continue to do so ! “read more

I came to iOBX with pain in my elbow. I couldn’t work out at the gym or do my daily activities without pain that limited by quality of life. I had Bio-Restorative treatment done using by own body’s cells and have been very pleased with results. I am now back at the gym and not inhibited by my elbow pain. I would highly recommend iOBX for a natural, effective approach to healing and pain relief.

“Before going to iOBX, I had previously had surgery for a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder which was successful, but when I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder, I was looking for something much less invasive with much less recovery time. I had a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon. The pain was a 7/10 and I wasn’t able to work out the way I wanted to. I couldn’t even do daily activities that required me to reach above my head. After interviewing with other places, I felt most comfortable with the staff as well as Dr. Tuckers credentials so I chose iOBX. My experience here has been great and the staff is very friendly, which made the entire process quite fun. I had a STEMish and Stem Restore treatment for my knee and shoulder. The treatment day itself was a lot smoother and... easier than expected with a 1 out of 10 on the pain scale. Now that I have had treatment, I am doing great. I am 95% improved. I am now able to do everything I want in the gym. I feel like I did before the injury!!read more

I live in North Carolina and was considering going to San Diego however I found iOBX. I had a great phone call with Jazmine and Camari who made the process smooth. She then came into the Center and had a great first impression. I was very comfortable with the staff who were more than accommodating, including Justen and Noelle. Dr. Tucker gave me a thorough evaluation and what I feel is an accurate, fair assessment of my situation. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive.

“Being a NFL running back for a decade took a toll on my body. Going on 2 and a half years ago I underwent Stem Cell treatment with iOBX for both knees and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I had cartilage loss, torn meniscus, loose ligaments, swelling and 10/10 pain especially in my left knee. Now I have virtually no problems with either knee and couldn’t be more pleased. Additionally, about 9 months ago I came back to iOBX for a lingering hip issue limiting me from walking without pain much less working out or playing golf. My hip was treated many times by elite level institutions with no benefit. After undergoing Stem Cell treatment with iOBX I now have no issues with the hip, the results have been magical. I’m grateful for what Dr. Tucker and the excellent Staff at... iOBX have done for me.”read more

I had arthritis and pain in both my knees which gave me fear of instability and a difficult time walking, especially with stairs. The pain minimized activity with my wife and my dog, especially on the beach. I decided to choose iOBX over surgery because I wanted to avoid a knee replacement and the risks and unpredictability of that. At iOBX I found a very professional, cordial, no pressure environment. I had an Elite Restore treatment of the Bilateral knees using my own bone marrow and fat Stem Cells. I also had a bone bruising treatment and joint flushing of the nasty chemicals within my knee. The procedure went like clockwork and was not as bad as I anticipated. I’m now about 9 months out from treatment and have significantly less pain, more stability, and able to go on long walks... and hikes, which I wasn’t able to do prior to treatment. I have much fewer “bad days”. I would absolutely and without hesitation, recommend iOBX to family and friends.read more

I had a complete tear of my ACL and was "too" old for surgery and not athletic enough. Dr. Tucker gave me the full treatment in March of 2017, I was without crutches or brace in 6 weeks and ran a 5K in 2018. Very professional and willing to answer all and every question. Had an MRI recently which showed healing and complete restoration to my complete ACL tear!

I want to thank Dr. Tucker and all the professional and friendly staff at iOBX for giving me my life back with their advanced Stem Cell treatments. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. It was wonderful to be greeted by my first name when I walked into the Center; the staff are so warm and personable, and I never had to wait. I appreciate the time Dr. Tucker and Dr. Zeckser spent with me to listen, assess and understand my problems and decide on the optimal treatments. That is so refreshing!I have been suffering from back and hip pain for the past several years and despite many different treatment modalities, short of surgery, the pain only worsened and slowly shrank my world. I was a very active woman who enjoyed a variety of physical activities, but over time I... could not tolerate any of them without severe back and hip pain followed by lingering pain for days afterward. I could not sit still for a conversation, a meeting, a car ride, or a flight. My world shrank more. The final impairment that motivated me to explore stem cell treatment was when I could no longer tolerate a leisurely walk with my child. My world was closed. I had my Premium STEM Restore treatment into multiple disks in my low back and into my left hip about 5 months ago, and had a follow up “Stemish” fertilizer treatment 2-3 months ago. After both treatments and recovery period, followed by physical therapy I felt a substantial improvement in my back and great improvement in the hip. I no longer have pain in my back with normal activity, I can finally sit still and enjoy the moment, and I can enjoy a walk again. There is still occasional discomfort (2 discs haven’t been treated yet and hopefully won’t need to be) that I can manage very well with the tools I learned in physical therapy, but significantly less than before treatment and I can tolerate most daily activities without pain. I have a life again!Thank you all!Sincerely,Packy Spahiread more

I had my fully torn ACL repaired thanks to iOrthoBIOLOGIX. The staff there was kind, honest, and very helpful and available throughout the entire process! I have torn my ACLs on both knees. I have had both stem cell treatment (on my fully torn right ACL) and traditional ACL surgery (on my fully torn left ACL). Stem cell treatment was by far the better option. My recovery has been much more painless with my knee that had stem cell "surgery" and my recovery has been a good, smooth process. I would recommend iOrthoBIOLOGIX over a traditional surgery route to anyone trying to fix a torn ACL!!

I had been through Physical Therapy with 2 different practitioners prior to my Stem Cell treatment. I also saw an Orthopedic Surgeon that gave me a cortisone shot which lasted a few weeks. His recommendation was to continue cortisone shots, frequently, until I eventually needed a knee replacement surgery. My knee was swollen and I was in a lot of pain. Stairs were difficult and standing for any period of time was hard too. Exercising was impossible. The increase in my pain levels made even riding a bike unbearable. I had exercised all my life and I was in good shape, but my knee was stopping me from being able to do the most basic exercises and again standing was something I could do for only short periods of time. I found iOrthoBIOLOGIX through a local physical therapist that had seen... success with his patients. I live in Wisconsin but chose to make the trip to Charlotte. I found Dr. Tucker and his staff to be very patient with me and answered all of my questions prior to the treatment as my case was more complex do to me having Rheumatoid Arthritis. I chose to do the Stem Elite Restore procedure followed by a STEMish booster for both my knee and thumb. Throughout the treatment, I could not have been in better hands. They kept me informed of what was going on and how to proceed afterwards. During the treatment, everyone was encouraging and informative as to what was going on. Honestly, Dr. Tucker is the best experience I have ever had with a medical doctor. He truly cares about his patients and spent a lot of time with me making sure the right treatment was selected for my case. I am now able to exercise for 30-40 minutes. I can walk for long periods of time, standing does not bother me and I do not have pain in my knee. I'm also pleased with the results of my thumb treatment as well. I feel like I have been given my life back. iOBX stays on the cutting edge of Stem Cell treatment technology and cares about their patients – I could not ask for better. Paularead more

Not wanting to have replacement surgery on the knee that had troubled me for years, iOrthoBIOLOGIX was recommended by my PCP Dr. Kanelos. Upon arrival I knew I was in the right place. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Tucker dispelled any worries I had about stem cell procedures, listening carefully to my input and following up with relevant questions. He was willing to spend the time necessary to help me understand the condition of my knee, the procedures that would be applied, what to expect following treatment and what I should do in the weeks to follow. I was particularly impressed with the level of follow up care provided and thankful to have transitioned from having near constant pain in my left knee, to being able to walk and exercise daily. As a... 73-year old man who sees more doctors more often than I care to, iOrthoBIOLOGIX is among the BEST I've ever seen!read more
